A competitive weekend lay ahead for our Strandtown swimmers as they prepared for Swim Ulster held in the Aurora on Saturday 20 October. We had a number of enthusiastic swimmers entered in various swimming events which were coordinated by one of our Strandtown parents Emma Wray. We received positive reports of how well all our children swam & for some this was their first gala! Many personal bests were achieved - well done !! Special mention to Neo McBlain & Grace Latimer who got into the final of the backstroke and breaststroke :)
