Strandtown has never seen so much oil or sugar sitting in classrooms than during this last week. Today, after our Harvest Thanksgiving assembly, Aidan and his team of helpers arrived with their van to collect the donations.
Storehouse were simply 'overwhelmed' by the response and as Aidan reminded the pupils in assembly, their generosity will go a long way to help those who are hungry in our city in coming weeks.
Thank you to all the pupils and parents for their generosity and as Anne Frank once said, ....."No one ever became poor by giving."
