This morning, Room 31 presented an outstanding Harvest Assembly on the theme of “Thankfulness.” The pupils on stage delivered a very appropriate message through their drama, singing,prayers and Bible readings. A very big well done to Room 31 and their teacher Mrs. Ferguson. We also welcomed Rev. Dave Currie from Knock Presbyterian to school for the first time to speak to our pupils about Harvest.
Storehouse were presented with all the food tins, pasta etc at our assembly also. They described the response from the Strandtown pupils as “phenomenal!”
This was a great end to a very busy first term at Strandtown. Enjoy the holidays everyone.
