Room 16 WWII Research Projects
6th Mar 2020
Room 16 were asked to research an area of WWII which interested them. We were overwhelmed by the amount of effort and work that pupils put into their project. Pupils learned about the roles of women during wartime, rationing, air raids, bomb shelters, evacuations, games played by children and about the key leaders of war. We were even lucky enough to have one of our pupils, Tom, interview his Great Nanny about her experiences during the war and play the audio clip to us in class. What a privilege it was to listen to! Well done Room 16.
