The picnic area by the playground ramp has been fenced off by the Education Authority for health and safety reasons. They will be addressing the protruding tree roots in this area. This does not block any pedestrian routes in this area.
I am aware some children used this space as a meeting area. I would suggest the main playgrounds as an alternative meeting space.
