Yesterday (Wednesday 8th May) Room 23 went on a trip to the Ulster Transport Museum to see the Tim Peake exhibition. We got to see the Soyuz capsule that he landed in as well as Tim Peake's Sokol KV-2 emergency spacesuit he wore! After we had a look around the museum, we got to have a go at making some rockets of our own - some were so powerful that they flew all the way up and hit the roof of the museum! Could we have the next rocket scientists in Year 5?
