Tonight we welcomed our new parents to the Strandtown family at the Year 4 intake evening. The packed assembly hall heard much information about our school in preparation for their children starting in September 2019.
One of the highlights of the evening was the information presented by three of our Year 7 pupils. Lucy, Sam and Emily spoke with such confidence and passion about both the opportunities available in Strandtown and their love for the school. It was lovely to hear such refreshing words from these 3 great ambassadors.
Parents were also informed about uniform, communication, PTA and how from September our school office will become cashless. The night finished with parents visiting the classrooms and meeting the new teachers.
