Message to Year 6 parents
Dear Parents
Today has been challenging to say the least. We have endeavoured to ensure that every Year 6 pupil who was in school today has gone home with a home learning pack for the weeks up to Easter along with a full set of practice papers. If for some reason you have not received your home learning pack or could not come to collect it, it can be accessed from the new Home Learning section of the school website.
If you were unable to collect practice papers, these can be emailed to you by return. Guidance on how to administer and mark practice papers will be available in the Home Learning section on the school website from tomorrow. All answer keys to practice papers will be provided on a weekly basis via the Class Dojo remote learning platform.
If you haven't already done so, please check your emails including junk/spam folders and accept the Class Dojo invite from your child's class teacher. This will allow teachers, pupils and parents to communicate through the weeks and months ahead.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we wade through uncharted waters together. Be kind, be safe and if any of you have any toilet roll please send to the school office with my name on it.
Many thanks
Colin Devine
