Important Message from Mrs Hutchinson
2nd Sep 2019
Dear Parents
Thank you for your support and assistance getting the children ready and to school. The following information points and safety requests are to help our morning drop-off and afternoon collection.
- Please travel to school with care. Use the patrol crossings where someone will help your child cross the road. Children should not cross the road in between parked cars.
- Please note classes will begin going into school in the morning on the sounding of the 8.45am bell.
- Could parents stand back from class lines in the morning as children found it difficult to see either their line or teacher.
- There is not be no riding of bikes and scooters on the school ground, this also applies to younger children arriving on the school site. There are too many people on the school grounds to make this safe practice.
- No one is to use the trim trail in the morning or afternoon. Large numbers prevent this being safe practice.
- During inclement weather school doors will open at 8.40am and pupils can proceed to class.
- If your child arrives after their main entry door is closed, please come through the front doors. All classrooms including the new wings can be accessed from the main school building.
- Only use pedestrian gates for arrival and departure. Do not walk down the main driveway.
As always I greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
