Important Information Regarding Access To The School
Dear Parent
We have endeavoured to negotiate with the builders to keep reasonable access to the school. However, this morning the builders have noted concerns around pupils and parents at the rear of the school close to their plant movements and deliveries. Therefore, from Monday collection from after school clubs will only be from the front of the school via North Road. I appreciate this may create inconvenience, however safety and well-being is paramount and that is why we have agreed to this decision.
Earlswood Road and Castleview Terrace gates will still be accessible for morning drop-off and end of the school day collection.
Earlswood Road MORNING Monday to Friday 8.30am to 9.15am
AFTERNOON Monday to Thursday 2.45pm to 3.15pm
Friday 1.30pm to 2.00pm
Castleview Terrace MORNING Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.15am
AFTERNOON Monday to Thursday 2.45pm to 3.15pm
Friday 1.30pm to 2.00pm
North Road MORNING Monday to Friday 8.00am The closing times for the vehicular gate continues to be 2.30pm to 3.15pm Monday to Thursday and 1.30pm to 2.00pm on Friday.
Could all parents and pupils ensure they cross North Road with the patrolman. We have observed parents and pupils cross directly at the entrance to the pedestrian gates. This is not safe as it is in-between cars. We will continue to reiterate this message to our pupils and ask you do the same.
At the end of week, we can already see improvements in mobility at drop off and collection times. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
