Dear Parents
We are looking forward to welcoming all our pupils back on Friday. A few points to help on the first day.
- Year 4 pupils will be met by their class teacher in the Year 4 assembly points (to right of the school’s front door). Year 5 – 7 pupils will be met by their class teacher in the playground.
- All children will be brought by their teacher to the same point for after school collection.
- School finishes for all pupils at 12.30pm on Friday. There will be no school meals on Friday.
- Strandtown is cashless from Friday.
- All pupils are expected from Friday to be wearing their shirt and tie.
- There is to be no vehicle access to the school between 8.30am and 9.00am. All pupils are to use the pedestrian gates when arriving and leaving.
- Please be respectful of the residents in the area and the children’s safety when parking.We hope the children and staff have a wonderful start to the term and I look forward to meeting you at our curriculum events throughout September. Year 7: Wednesday 4 September at 7.00pm, Year 6: Wednesday 11 September at 7.00pm, Year 5: Wednesday 18 September at 7.00pm, and Year 4: Friday 20 September at 1.00pm.
