During week beginning 20th January 2020 all Year 6 and Year 7 pupils will attend ‘Love For Life’ workshops as part of their R.S.E. curriculum. (Relationships and Sexuality Education)
The Year 6 workshop is entitled ‘I-Click’ and the Year 7 workshop is called ‘What’s Inside?’ Both workshops will cover the topic of puberty changes with the pupils.
The main focus of the programme is to affirm the uniqueness of each individual pupil and to encourage respect for themselves and others while equipping pupils with the knowledge on how to stay safe in today’s society.
To make parents aware of the content of both workshops and to provide an opportunity for parents to ask questions etc. a parental information evening will be held in our assembly hall at 7pm on Thursday 16th January 2020 hosted by Love For Life.
