'Friend or Foe'

In Room 35 We've been looking at images from WW2 particularly those of the evacuation of children from the cities in 1940. We moved around the classroom paying close attention to  what was happening in the black and white images and trying to put ourselves in the minds of the people in the images. What would they be thinking in the particular situations? How would they be feeling? We had some fantastic responses and some very poignant observations and opinions. This ties in with our class novel 'Friend or Foe' which tells the story of 2 young evacuees from London.
