On a hot Thursday, our Year 7 pupils tested their fitness again to see how much they had progressed over the 6 week session with Laurence and Luke. Despite the heat in the hall, it was great to see our Year 7 pupils embrace these tests so enthusiasticly.
Laurence and Luke will return to assembly on Monday morning for a final talk with our pupils and also to present some prizes. We all look forward to this.
This has been a great experience for our pupils who have been challenged, enthused and encouraged by the Lifeguard Fitness Programme so much.
