Congratulations to both our Under 11 and Over 11 quiz teams who won their respective heats on Friday at the Credit Union Quiz. Both teams faced tough opposition from other local primary and post-primary schools but held onto their nerve to the end to complete a great 'double' success for our school. Each pupil was delighted to receive £20.00 from Ballyhackamore Credit Union as a prize. Happy spending!!
Our thanks to Mrs. Keown for taking the pupils to Ashfield and also to Mrs. McQuitty who helped prepare the teams beforehand for this quiz. Both team qualify for the next regional final of the Credit Union Quiz.
