Despite the driving, cold wind, sleet and rain showers, it was a great morning for our cross country teams at the East Belfast Primary School Cross Country Championships held at Orangefield Park.
4 teams (40 pupils) walked from Strandtown to take part in the races.
We congratulate our Girls' A Team who came 1st overall in the girls' race and our boys who came second overall.
Well done to all brave participants who took part. Katie McKittrick came second in the girl's race and James Nelson who came second in the boys' race.
Both teams now qualify for the Belfast Finals after Easter.
