Children’s Commissioner Visits Strandtown.

Strandtown PS were delighted to welcome Children’s Commissioner, Koulla Yiasouma , to Year 5 and Year 7 assemblies this week. During her visits the Commissioner was informing the pupils of their 42 rights as children under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. 

This was a very informative visit for our pupils and we look forward to the Commissioner visiting Year 4 and 6 assemblies next week.
