Rebecca Oates from the N.I. Cancer Fund For Children, visited Strandtown today to receive a cheque for £1622.12 from the school council.
This money was raised through our Christmas Jumper Day, Strandtown’s Got Talent and through our Junior Choir singing at Connswater.
Again, we commend our pupils and families for their generosity at this time of year. It is reassuring to know that their money will be used to support many children in our country who suffer from cancer.
Well done Strandtown.
