Strandtown Primary School has a lot of staff who love their pets & decided last Christmas to create a Christmas Hamper for an animal charity. We had a fantastic response from many of the staff & were able to fill a hamper full of goodies for dogs who have no forever home at Christmas.
This year we have to decided to continue this good work however we are extending the offer to our Strandtown families. We know that we have a number of families who love their 'furrbies' just as much as us & would like the opportunity to contribute to our 'Pet Christmas Hamper'.
We will be collecting goodies for a 'Dog Charity' this year & if you wish to contribute please send items in to Miss Bailie by Friday 14 December 2018. We have listed a number of suggestions for the 'Christmas Hamper':
- Warm Blankets
- Dog Chews
- Toys
- Jumpers
- Dog Treats - Markies, Schmackos etc.
- Dentistix
We will let everyone know what 'Dog' charity we give the hamper to before the last day of term.
