Wow!! What a reply to receive from Ulster, Ireland and British Lion rugby star, Iain Henderson!!!
Our very fortunate Year 7 pupil not only received a lovely hand written reply, he also received an Irish training shirt from his celebrity. What a great for our Room 13 rugby fan in his last term at Strandtown. A gift we're sure he will always treasure.
All of these replies continue to show the worth in this writing activity for our Year 7 pupils.
Tomorrow, we welcome another Ulster rugby star to Strandtown for a Q +A session with our Y7 pupils........Darren Cave. Looks like our Year 7 pupils will be well and truly standing up for the Ulstermen!
