On a wet, miserable winter's day, 33 players making up 4 teams accompanied by coaches Craig and McWilliams made their way to Ashfield Boys' School to take part in this annual prestigious tournament.
After many matches, lots of goals, 2 of the Strandtown teams made it into the semi finals. One team was successful in getting to the final and after being 2-0 down, came back to draw 2-2 before losing out on penalties.
Well done to all of the players who represented our school so well on such an awful day. Thanks too to all the parents who came to support the teams.
