On Thursday of this week we welcomed Gary Hunt, a past pupil of Strandtown, to speak to the pupils who learn cello and double bass. Gary began playing the cello in Year 4 at Strandtown with Miss Ferguson and is now studying music at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. It was a real treat for our pupils to hear him play!
